croquet anyone?

There are two things Michael Mills wants you to know about rhododendrons. For one, they aren’t all pink. In fact, at the Flower Show you’ll find all sorts of colors including light purple and a champagne-like pale orange. Number two: if you’ve had difficulty growing rhoddies at home, chance are they suffer from inadequate drainage. “It’s the number one problem people have. It’s also problem number two and three,” Michael says.

To see more species and learn from the best, visit the display produced by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society, located in Hall B.
