Experience Family Fun at the Flower Show

by

The Flower Show offers something for everyone, but those with kids will get an extra kick out of Flower Show Family Nights on Friday, March 11 and Saturday, March 12.

Off the Show floor in Room 203, the Family Lounge is the place to be! The Family Lounge features the “Mobile Learning Adventure,” provided by PNC. This interactive kiosk includes the “What I Want to Be When I Grow Up” photo station, crafts, and educational materials. (Children must be accompanied by adults in the Family Lounge.) Other activities come courtesy of The Camden Children’s Garden, B101, and WOGL.

The Family Lounge is open every day during the Show from 10 am to 5 pm, but stays open late on Family Nights. On those evenings, children will enjoy the folksy side of France with a performance by Ruthanne Ankney. Ruthanne will dazzle children of all ages with song, dance, and puppetry.

To top it off, take advantage of the Family Night meal deal: four hot dogs, homemade kettle chips, and drinks for $25.

The Family Lounge is sponsored by Spark Energy, an electricity and natural gas service provider that empowers our customers. If you want to win a fabulous Flower Show prize package, enter Spark’s online contest. Thanks also to ACME Markets for supplying snacks.

So start a new tradition this year with the Flower Show! Purchase the specially priced Family Fun Pak: tickets for two adults and two children and a one-year membership in the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, all for $70 (a savings of $10 off the door price). Purchase online at theflowershow.com.
